NAMIBIA: Buri mugabo utuye muriki gihugu akoresha byibuze udukingirizo 40 buri mwaka? Irebere nawe ibitangaje kurushaho…

Ni imibare yagiye hanze itungura benshi ndetse ikaba yatangajwe na minisiteri y’ubuzima muricyo gihugu, uyu atangaza ko byibuze abagabo baba muricyo gihugu bakoresha miliyoni 45 z’udukingirizo buri mwaka.

Igihugu cya Namibia ni kimwe mu byibasiwe cyane na sida ku isi, kugeza ubu minisiteri y’ubuzima muriki gihugu itangaza ko abantu ibihumbi 33, bagendana na virusi ya sida batabizi cyangwa bakaba badakurikira imiterere y’uburwayi bwabo. Ibi rero ngo bituma ubwandu bukomeza kwiyongera umunsi kuwundi kuko umugabo yanduza umugore cyangwa umugore akanduza umugabo batabizi, cyangwa se umubyeyi akanduza umwana we mu gihe cyo kumwonsa.

Iyo minisiteri kandi itangaza ko byibuze abantu ibihumbi 219 bangana na 13% by’abaturage bose b’iki gihugu ubu banduye sida. Aha harimo abarenga ibihumbi 6000 bandura bashya mu mwaka ndetse abasaga 3000 bagahitanwa n’iki cyorezo buri mwaka.
